Tomato Fruit Juice

One of the best way to keep ourselves healthy is by consuming healthy fruit juices daily before having breakfast. Here I come with a very healthy Fruit Juice Recipe (Tomato Juice). Do not forget to read the Benefits and Notes.


Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 2 medium sized
Orange - 1
or
Lemon - 1

*These ingredients are only for 1 glass of Juice.


Method:

Boil Tomatoes till the skin can be removed easily.
Remove the skin of tomatoes and mix them in blender with 1 orange juice (Add water if needed).
Allow the mixture to cool before consuming.

Notes:

Orange juice is added for the purpose of enhancing the taste of the juice as some may not like the taste of tomato alone.
You can also use lemon juice instead of orange juice.
Consume this drink thrice a week and you will see the difference.
