Ingredients:
Potatoes – 300gm
Green chillies (Chopped) – 2
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp.
Chili Powder – 1 tsp.
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp.
Lemon juice – 1 tsp.
Eggs – 1
Bread crumbs – 100 gm
Fresh coriander leaves
Fresh mint leaves
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
Step 1: Boil the Potatoes, then peel and grate them.
Step 2: Add all the other ingredients and mix them together except egg and bread crumbs.
Step 3: Take a small amount of this mixture in the hand and flatten to a
disc shape.
Step 4: Cover the prepared Kebabs with bread crumbs.
Step 5: Dip in beaten eggs and then fry (deep fry) in a pan on medium
high heat till they turn golden brown.
Step 6: Serve the kebabs with ketchup or mayonnaise.
